Systems Dynamics

Hosted by PLC’s Lead Consultant, Kimberly Hollie, a panel of guests will discuss systems dynamics. System dynamics focuses on how a singular part affects the whole. In an educational institution, for example, that might be how an administrative decision can impact different departments in different ways. Participants will learn how to make systematic decisions to benefit the whole system.
